This is not for beginners
The picture is of a car I did using these bodies. This body comes to you flat and you must score and fold it to form the finished body. The body is put together with double sided tape or staples. (some folks have used strapping tape)
Cut it out and fold it into shape, use glue or finger nail polish on the areas you cut to keep oil from getting inside the lamination. This body is double laminated and will last for many races.  There are many chassis available and different tracks have different rules.
