NOTE:
DODGE
had many 16.5" steel wheels made with
"BUDD"
stamped on the rim. They look like a standard wheel, except that the outer part of the rim is missing that indented lip about an inch down into the rim that wheel covers would usually snap into. Instead it is just kind of smooth around that outside area of the rim. These clips on this wheel cover will dig/grab onto the that rim, and sometimes stay on OK, but not great. If this sounds like your Dodge wheel, then be cautious of what I have said. If yours has a standard outer edge & wheel cover clips can snap down into the rim and grab the bead of the wheel about an inch into the rim, you are fine.
