Highly Collectible ,000 Gold CertificateThese notes have been cancelled this is why they can be sold below face value.
1935 there was a fire in the Post Office. Along with government records there were also ,000 cancelled notes that were thrown out the window. Onlookers picked these notes up and took them home only to find out they were not able to spend since they have been cancelled.
Most of the notes have water damage, charring and are circulated.
Note is graded by PMG as Choice Uncirculated 63
