    1900-,000 Gold Certificate-Fr# 1225h-PMG 35 & 40-these consecutive Pair Were way Under-graded by PMG which I have no idea why since both of them have no punch holes cancelled. I was plan to send them back to either PMG or PCGS for regrade, which I thought they should be grade at 60 - 63 Uncirculated minimum. Very rare consecutive ,000 Gold Certificate ever offer on Ebay.
