Pinocchio Limited edition. This edition is all hand painted with custom hand inked lines. Custom background created from an actually production background used in the making of the 1940 movie. Cel size is 12 x 20 inches. Disney embossed seal in the lower right corner. Cel is #289/500. The cel recreates Sequence 1.1, Scene 4.1 as Geppetto puts the finishing
    touches
on his wooden puppet, Pinocchio, while Cleo and Figaro the Cat watch. Certainly a hopeful image that can tell us to; Wish Upon A Star.
    Giant Size frame 20 x 29 inches.
Comes in the original issued Disney Solid Wood Frame. This is custom framed with a 3-demensional, wood leaf pattern designed. The carved look really matches with the theme of the woodworker making a wood puppet. The frame is in excellent condition.
    BONUS:
This unique piece has been enhanced with the original autographs of 4 of Walt Disney's Nice Old Men. Collected over several different autograph sessions. Each Animator worked on this picture under the supervision of Walt Disney himself. Signed by Frank Thomas, Ollie Johnston, Marc Davis and Ward Kimball. Frank worked on scenes involving Pinocchio inside
    Stromboli's
Birdcage when he lies and his nose starts to grow. Ollie Johnston worked on scenes involving Pinocchio and Geppetto. Marc Davis drew scenes of Pinocchio and everything involving the Blue Fairy.  Ward Kimball, the master of fun, is
    singularly
    responsible for creating
    everything
about Jiminy Cricket. At Disneyland, they honored Ward by naming engine No. 5 the Ward Kimball. On the smoke stack of this engine is Jiminy cricket. The only Disney train engine to have an animated
    character
on it as part of it's
    official
    Livery.
