1994 LION KING HAND PAINTED LIMITED EDITION 500 CEL HAKUNA MATATA SIMBA DISNEY

Description

For sale is a very rare Hand Painted Limited Edition Cel titled "Hakuta Matata" featuring Simba, Timon and Pumba singing the song of the same name from the Lion King.  It was produced by Disney in 1994 in a limited edition of 500.
The cel comes with the original Disney Certificate of Authenticity on the back and the cel itself is hand numbered and has the Disney sel.
I believe the cel comes in the original frame with plexiglass the Disney sold it in.  The plexiglass has some light scratches and the frame itself some dings and marks.  The backing has tears and other damage.
We have not removed the cel from the frame.
As we are not removing it from the frame, therefore this piece is SOLD AS IS WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO CONDITION as it has not been fully examined outside of the frame.
Note you are also purchasing the frame AS IS WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO CONDITION, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT BE INCURRED TO THE FRAME IN SHIPPING.
I don't see any damage to the frame nor do I expect it to be damaged in shipping.  However, the value of this piece is in the cel not the frame.  If I unframed it, the value of the cel would not be effected.
