NOTE: the black plastic outer cover of the frame has come up on the top of the frame. Seems like it can be glued down. Also - Slight scuffing from storage on the frame

This limited edition sericel entitled :The Fabulous Five" depicts five of Walt Disney's most beloved characters - Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto and Goofy - in a captivating pose created by veteran Disney artist Willie Ito.
The Walt Disney Studio's has chosen to recreate these characters using the fine art screen-printing process of color reproduction. Disney artists specially created the hand-inked, hand-painted animation cel which was used by American Atelier of El Segundo, CA  in the production of these sericels.
This limited edition was produced in 1995. It is comprised of a general edition of 5,000 sericels and 500 publisher's proofs for a total maximum of 5,500 sericels.
Disney Art Editions approves the techniques used in the production of this edition and the proofs. Conforming to the practice of fine art printing, the screens used to create the editions are destroyed when the edition is complete. The Disney Animation Research Library maintains the original animation drawings. The hand-inked, hand-painted cel is archived with the publisher.
There are no signed or numbered impressions in this edition.
No additional multiples of this image, including proofs, have been produced in this or any other limited edition.
