I am selling a 2002 Yamaha 90hp outboard motor. Standard 20” inch shaft length with power tilt and trim and desirable oil injection. Last of the super reliable, simple and light weight 2 stroke motor.
Note: only the motor alone is being sold in this auction. I still have a prop and Yamaha controls for this motor available if needed contact me.
Motor was just removed and replaced with a new four stroke and is ready to be placed back into service. This is a reliable made in Japan Yamaha power for little money.
Motor runs strong with 115-120lbs compression on all 3 cylinders which is what it comes with when new. Tilt and trim works fine and lower unit is free of water and metal shavings. This is a nice used motor which should serve it next owner well if properly cared for.
If local I can start and demonstrate motor for you. Motor only has 488 hours, again, motor is ready to be placed back into service, she won’t disappoint!
If needing the motor shipped, I can crate and ship the motor to any commercial business with a forklift to unload or your nearest freight terminal for pick up for 9.00 for the southeast and east coast of U.S. or 9.00 for the mid and west coast if U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
