Believe it or not, we used to have currency that was able to be converted to gold. And if you could still convert it, this note would have been turned in long ago! It is a 1907 Gold certificate with Freidberg number 1169a. Please note this is the tougher 1907 as opposed to the more common 1922 year! This note has that great gold color on the front and reverse.
This note is graded Choice Uncirculated 64 by PMG.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
PMG has graded three 64's and only two notes higher. This note is perfect for a registry set of gold notes.
