Believe it or not, you used to have currency that was able to be converted to gold. And if you could still convert it, this note would have been turned in long ago! It is a 1922 Gold certificate with Freidberg number 1173
. This is a clean note, with most of that great gold color on the front and reverse. There are just a few folds to make it VF.
This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 30 with a comment about light stains.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
