Believe it or not, you used to have currency that was able to be converted to gold. And if you could still convert it, this note would have been turned in long ago! It is a 1922 Gold certificate with Freidberg number 1173. It has been graded Very Fine 30EPQ by PMG. This is a clean note and has that great gold color on the front and reverse.
This note is graded Very Fine 30EPQ by PMG. The Exceptional Paper Quality means that this note has not been harshly cleaned and pressed out like many raw notes you will see on eBay.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
