Alice in Wonderland Cheshire Cat Walt Disney World Sketch / Line Drawing, Signed

Description

Up for sale is a signed original red and black line drawing sketch of the Alice in Wonderland Cheshire Cat, The art piece was purchased new at Walt Disney World about 7 years ago.
The front is embossed with the Disney Magic Kingdom Castle and the words “The Art of Disney” written near the bottom of the castle.  The sketch was hand-drawn and signed by Jesse H. Bechtold (signature present on the front of the piece) who has been a
Merchandise Show Artist in the Animation Gallery at Walt Disney World since July 2014.
Immediately after purchase, the art sketch was framed and displayed behind glass using a black frame purchased at a local craft store.  A few years later it was removed from the frame and stored. It is being sold without a frame and without the glass. Notice in the photos show a cardboard piece that was used as a matting . . . one side of the cardboard piece is black while the other is white.  This piece will be send with the drawing.
You may note in the photos what appear to be wavy line running left to right across the drawing.  These are actually ripples in the drawing paper which flatten out and disappear when placed under the glass.  Also, note I have included close-up photos showing the original two of the three holes used to keep the paper centered on the drawing board during the sketching and photos showing close-ups of the drawing's original corner peices (used to prevent nubbing) used by the artist.
The drawing measures approximately 12 inches by 9 inches.  The art is in excellent condition.  Please see pictures for more details.
