Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There are heavy scuffs and scratches on the outside of the device.
The paint is chipping in various places.
There is some discoloration and paint chipping near the bottom edges of the device.
The paint is chipping on the edges near the keyboard.
There is come corrosion on the outside of the control panel.
There is some corrosion on the top of the device.
I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.
I flipped the breaker and made sure all E-Stops were pulled out.
I took off the front cover to go inside and was able to turn the PC on.
The device began to go through a start up cycle once the PC was connected.
The UPS had a bad battery so it was replaced to a APC Back-UPS 600.
The UPS hold down cover is not attached due to keep from power cord interference.
The original PC was nonfunctional so it was replaced to a OptiPlex 75.
The PC hold down cover is not included.
The login screen will pop up on the monitor when ready to be used. I used the appropriate password to get into the next window.
At the start up screen the PC was asking for certain drivers to be downloaded.
I was unable to connect the device successfully to the internet. I was unable to download any driver updates.
The Ethernet driver will need to be installed.
The conveyor belt moves. It goes through a self test once the device is powered on.
The "System On" lights turn on as intended.
The E-Stops on both sides are tested working.
The keyboard tested to be working.
The On/Off key for the control panel is missing.
The key switch has been left in the "On" position. The lock is missing for the control panel to be in the stored position.
The green power light on the control panel lit up once powered on.
The touch pad tested working.
The number pad tested working.
The enter button tested working.
No other buttons were able to be tested.
The Left/Right conveyor buttons light up red when pressed but are untested.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair, or as a non-working item.
