This unit was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. There is some scratches and scuffs to the housing with some surface rust on exposed metal surfaces but the inside looks like new. It has a TX RX 3-19831 display panel. I found this unit to also be listed as an in building two-way radio signal booster. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. I found the following specifications on the particular model number, but the buyer should verify for themselves before purchasing.
