Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs "Time to Wash Up" sericel.  In this unforgettable scene from Disney's first animated feature, Snow White insist that her hosts wash their hands before dinner.  But they're a bit coy regarding the results.  "Time to Wash Up" replicates the original animation drawings by Frank Thomas and Valdimir Tylia with 29 paint colors applied one at a time unto an acetate cell.  The framed sericel measures 34" by 15 and 1/2" and comes with a COA.
I bought this sericel new at the Disney store when it was first issued and although it was displayed for a time for the last 7+ years it has been in storage.  The black plastic laminate separated from the wood frame (something that happened apparently to many of Disney's sericels) and has been removed. (Note: the wood frame on the bottom is not as smooth as the rest of the frame and looks as though it was repaired prior to be laminated.)   Please see pictures as to condition and what is included.
There is also a small tear in the paper on the back of the sericel.
If I were going to keep this, I would either paint the wood frame or frame the sericel in a new frame.
