Item Description:  Up for auction is a 3D resin printed 1/32 scale 1965 Ford Falcon body as shown.
As is with most 3D printed large surfaces, this has a
matte finish and a grainy/layered feel as shown
so prep work is required for a great finish, but the effort is well worth it to have a body not easily found otherwise.
The layered or ringing finish is predominantly seen on the top surfaces (hood, roof, deck) due to the printed layer thickness set to .05mm (.0019") which provides the best print quality at an affordable price.
This surface finish is what we call the "Economy" version.  If you are wanting a smoother finish that requires less prep work, please view listings that are titled as "Premium".
The overall 1:1 length is stated to be 4613 mm and this body was printed to a length of 144.16mm (1:32 scale).
Please view photos showing the body next to a machinists scale to verify size prior to bidding (scale not included with sale)
as this is the only measurements I have to go by to get the scaling as close as possible and may not be true to scale)

3D printed resin typically cures to a hard form which makes it more brittle to work with.  I have started adding a percentage of flexible resin to combat this issue, however care and patience must still be maintained.  Please research and understand 3D UV cured resin products to know exactly what to expect and the best ways to work with, prepare, assemble and paint it.
THERE IS NO GAURENTEE TO BE TRUE-TO-SCALE.
This body is not intended to be completed with any specific kit.  It is intended to used as a slot car body or in a kit-bash build.
The builder will need to fabricate chassis mounts as needed.
AGAIN, this body requires work to smooth and prep for paint!!!
