Gold toned lily brooch pin, fraternal sorority eastern star vintage ceremonial

Description

Not exactly sure what this is, but I would guess that a small ceremonial baton or ribbon would be hung in the 2 "S" shaped legs on the pin?  Maybe something to do with Eastern Star or a frat / sorority or other organization?  Looks like a lily on the front.  In used condition, with some wear noted, but otherwise structurally sound.
