    for the bicentennial of first manned flight (1783-1983) and the 10th Anniversary of Guyana Airways (1963-1983).
    Used block of 6, on piece, each stamp with different overprint.
    In 1783, two Montgolfier brothers demonstrated their invention, the hot air balloon, before a crowd of dignitaries in Annonay, France.
