Product Description The Hooyman MegaBite Saws use a high carbon SK5 steel in a tapered blade design, with an impulse hardened 4-edge tooth. This improves tooth geometry for unmatched cutting performance and a longer cutting life. MegaBite handsaws provide two locking positions for use in a standard cutting position and hyper extended position to provide a wide variety of cutting methods. From the Manufacturer Hooyman offers premium extendible saws designed specifically for the hunter. Each section of the telescopic extension arm locks down individually, creating an incredibly sturdy saw that can extend up to 5 Feet. The folding saw slides and locks into the extension arm with a clever in-line channel groove for a remarkably tight connection. Uses a high carbon premium steel blade that features a special four edge tooth Megabite design for unmatched cutting. The blade locks back and easily folds down with the touch of a finger. The extension arms on the saw are constructed of aircraft grade aluminum in a super strong I-beam configuration. They are lightweight, sturdy and strong.
