Surplus from a government lab. They came to us factory boxed, with power adapters, though the boxes showed shelf wear. Some units appear to be new and unused, others may have been used and one had a note referencing a field adjustment. Some are missing the terminal connectors. To keep the price low we have discarded the boxes etc and are selling the bare units, as-is, "for parts or not working" with no guarantee of functionality or completeness whatsoever. Listing is for the unit only, with no power adapter, box, instructions or other accessories.
