    Description

    Here is a large Order of the Eastern Star lodge sign. The sign features a light switch control that can individually light each different reverse painted pane. I was told one function of this sign was in initiation ceremonies which was the reason for being able to light different panes. One of the small panes, bottom center in picture, is cracked through the middle but it still looks pretty good. The light behind the pane associated with the letter T does not work but all the others do. The sign is well built but there is really no way to take it apart, it was soldered together as it was put together. I spliced a new power cord in, it is soldered and I used heat shrink, you can see it in the pictures, no electrical tape was used. This sign is pretty large at 44" tall and app. 42" at its widest.
    If you collect signs from different organizations this one makes a statement, it is also a cool folk art piece.
    Because it is so large and has glass panes I am not shipping this. I can deliver it within a couple hundred miles, I do travel to Minneapolis MN, or Fargo ND and Sioux Falls SD every so often and can make a special trip.
