Norse hawk, custom "Yggdrasil's twig" with leather handle wrap

Yggdrasil, the great world tree, connects the nine realms and all beings living in them. It contains all knowledge in its sacred wells, and was the very tree Odin sacrificed himself on. Feel that connection and carry it with you, with this. Yggdrasil's twig is a cold steel norse hawk. The blade has been engraved with a vine motif and the set screw has been removed and replaced with a brass inlay. The 22 inch American hickory handle has been stripped and burned for an weathered look. The 9 inch leather handle wrap is hand made, dyed, and oiled with a matching vine motif. The wrap is secured with brass eyelets, brass nails, and a 4 strand buckskin braid. See pics for details and thanks for looking.
