The Chloe pulled a set of train cars custom made by Kimball, consisting of four-bench open cars added around 1975 and two passenger-carrying gondolas built around 1993. Kimball also added a roundhouse, a water tower, a windmill, and a depot building from the 1949 Disney film “So Dear To My Heart”. THESE WERE ALL IN HIS BACKYARD!!! If you ever had the opportunity to visit Ward and he gave you a personal tour of his backyard collection of Trains and Cars . . . it was very special!

As the story goes, the only vehicle the whole band could fit in was Ward's vintage Le France Fire Truck, so they used it to go to performances!
