This is a long sold out limited edition titled "Flying Over London." It was painted by the Disney Ink and Paint Department, using archived original animation drawings from 1953. This cel was an instant sell out. The cel is on a printed background. The cel has a Disney seal in bottom right corner. Nice classic images of 1" to 6". Amazing paint job on Tinker Bell!
