This is a Disney Original Animation Cel and Background. In excellent condition, some small scuffs on the frame (pictured). No COA. May be due to the age of the cel as most of the items in the garage had certificates. Extremely rare and collectible, framed cel art. This piece was purchased and stored in a box in the garage for years. The garage is temperature controlled, dark and is in a non-smoking home. This came from a Disney Collector's private collection.
