Description:
This is a vintage Navajo overlay ring with a nature design reminiscent of a leaf and new sprout.   This ring is very comfortable and well made.  The face of the ring is slightly domed.   It is attached to a triple split-shank half round ring.  Overlay is a technique usually associated with the Hopi tribe, but Navajo also do it and this is a beautiful example of this.  This ring is not signed by the artist, which is common for this time period.  It also is not marked sterling, but is guaranteed to be so.  It has not been previously owned and comes from our collection of older items.
