Rörstrand 1800 Centuary Jubilee Plate by Niels Christian Hald Victorian Couple 1976
Limited edition plate from 1976, designed by Niels Christian Hald (1933) for Rörstrand. Niels Christian Hald is a Swedish illustrator and is known for his playful and humoristic drawings.
Measures 7 1/2" across and weighs 12.5 ounces. Dated 1976.
There is no original box.  The plate does have some superficial scratches to the surface but only visible when you turn it to the side and the light is just right on it -- on display straight forward, you do not see them - there is no discoloration, no chips to edges or back. Has been in storage for a few years so may need a damp cloth cleaning.
