This listing is for mail-in service.
The buyer will mail in a set of damage-free and relatively dent/scuff free hubcaps and I will polish and paint a set of 4 Mercedes hubcaps for you to the paint code you specify.  If you do not have hubcaps or have one or two damaged hubcaps OR are located outside of the United States, contact me and I can create a separate listing for you to cover the cost of me acquiring a set of hubcaps on your behalf for me to refinish.  I can paint and polish used or new hubcaps.
QUALITY:
Your hubcaps will be polished to bright shine and be custom painted to the paint code which you specify.
See the photos for an example of the quality of work you can expect.
These will come out 8.5 out of 10 in terms of appearance.  They will look substantially better than unpolished and faded hubcaps.  Even brand new hubcaps are not polished this nice from the factory.    There may be some minor flaws in the paint and/or masking such as some overspray and some dust nibs in the paint.  The paint will not be wetsanded or polished, like it is with my show quality hubcaps, but the color and shine will still be very nice.  There may be some dents and scratches that cannot be taken out for this price, though the majority of them can.   IF you mail in badly damaged hubcaps or hubcaps with tears in the metal, I cannot refinish those, and I would ask you to source better quality hubcaps prior to purchasing my service, or if you need assistance in finding some, please ask..
These will come out 85% as good as my show quality hubcaps, which cost 3x as much.  The show quality hubcaps cost substantially more money, but are available for those desiring the absolute best.  This is because that last 15% of the work takes substantially more time and attention to detail.
Local buyers can pay in person to avoid shipping.  Sale must be completed through ebay first to keep it official.
