    This piece was specially hand painted by Disney artist on the back side of the cel, just like a production cel would be. Specifically , to this piece, Disney artist added special hand painted enhancements, to the front  of Jessica's Dress. As in the move the Sparkles where added by computer. In this case, they had to be painted. Some of it is airbrushed with hand enhancements. It really is a special piece of artwork.
