Walt Disney The Emperor's New Groove Animation Crew Employee Only Limited Edition Cel #46/78 (2000).  I am the original owner.
At the end of each production during this era of animation, Disney Feature Animation employees were given the opportunity to buy one Hand-Painted Limited Edition cel from a selection of different scenes. Employees in assistant roles were given these in lieu of the artist bonus, which is how I happened to get mine, as I was working as an executive assistant/PA at the Florida studio throughout 1999 and 2000.  The number of cels was strictly limited to the number of employees who either ordered them or who chose them as gifts.  As a result, these Feature Animation exclusive cels are "the rarest of the rare" and most sought-after by Disney animation collectors and aficionados.

I am having to downsize my collection due to a job loss, so I am hoping this will go to a good home who will truly appreciate it.  It has been careful
ly packed to make sure it arrives at your destination in pristine condition.  I will also be offering shipping insurance coverage via USPS free of charge for further peace of mind.

Board that cell is mounted on measures 23 in long by 17 in high.
Cell measures 17 in and 7/8 long by 12 and 3/8 high.
Certificate of authenticity measures is 10 in by 7 in.
